A lawn bowls jack is the smaller target ball that players aim to get their bowls closer to during a match. It acts as the central point of play for every "end" (a single round of rolling bowls).
Key Characteristics
Appearance: It is perfectly spherical and white or yellow. White is standard.
Size: Regulation jacks have a diameter between 63mm and 67mm
Weight & Density: Unlike the larger bowls, the jack is unbiased—it has no weighted side and is designed to roll in a straight line. Jacks come in different weights depending on the surface:
